I am a talented chef who was born and bred in the Hotel kitchen.
Since I was a child, I watched my grandmother and my mother preparing cappelletti, lasagne, roast meat, and so on and so forth!
In my opinion, those fragrances and flavours are the best in the world!
And for this very reason, today, I still tell guests, through the dishes that I prepare, the story of the culinary journey that led me to “secretly” eat my grandfather’s cappelletti, on my tricycle, until I was able to prepare them myself, in a different way, but with the same passion as way back then!

Since I was a child, I have lived a hotel life, first in Gatteo Mare, and then, in our beloved Lido di Savio!
Throughout my experience, I have held all possible roles: from floor duty to working as a waiter, from kitchen duty and finally to reception service, I will give you all my attention!
I will accompany you to your room, I will serve you the dishes prepared by Riccardo, and above all, I will fulfil your every need and can provide you will all the information you may need, I am at your complete disposal, day and night!
My mission is to ensure that your holiday is an all-round success!

In addition to making sure that you have everything you need, I am always ready to bring you second helpings during mealtimes: I will make sure that you don’t leave the table until you are full!
I work well with children, who often ask their parents for me throughout the entire winter!

Football and sport, good cuisine, restructuring (I have done many of the works carried out in the hotel myself!)

Just like Riccardo, I was also born and bred in a Hotel; I will make sure that right from the very start of your holiday, your room will be prepared to the highest possible standards to fulfil your needs and every day, I will make it spic and span, just as you found it when you arrived!
